The Position
You will be the connective tissue that keeps information flowing, priorities aligned, and execution disciplined. You will manage complexity and protect the focus required for a global CEO leading a fast-growing cybersecurity company.
What You’ll Own
CEO Enablement and Strategic Partnership: Serve as a trusted partner who helps me stay prepared, focused, and aligned. Join select global trips to support customer, partner, and internal meetings. Anticipate needs and remove obstacles before they appear.
Calendar, Travel, and Time Leadership: Manage an intense, shifting calendar with accuracy and foresight. Build end-to-end global travel plans that run flawlessly. Organize competing priorities so that time is used with intention.
Executive Communications: Draft, refine, and prepare communications that reflect our mission and values. Strengthen clarity in presentations, briefs, and strategic documentation.
Stakeholder and Relationship Management: Engage confidently with executives, board members, customers, and partners. Protect time while strengthening the connections that matter most.

Seven or more years supporting senior executives, ideally founders, in fast-paced technology environments.
Experience handling complex schedules across multiple time zones.
A calm, steady presence in moments of pressure or ambiguity.
Strong communication, judgment, and planning skills.
High integrity, discretion, and professional maturity.
Proficiency with modern collaboration tools (Teams, Office 365, Confluence, and others).
Bonus Points
Cybersecurity or high-tech background
International experience or multilingual skills
