We are a fast-paced casual fine dining restaurant on the coast of Maine with a strong focus on scratch cooking, fresh seafood, and nightly changing specials. What You’ll Do
Shuck oysters and clams safely and efficiently
Prepare and plate salads with consistency and attention to detail
Plate desserts cleanly and accurately during service
Maintain product freshness, proper storage, and station organization
Assist with prep and support other stations as needed
Communicate clearly with the expo and line during service
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked station
What We’re Looking For
Kitchen experience preferred (but willing to train the right person)
Ability to work cleanly, quickly, and with attention to detail
Comfortable working with seafood
Strong organizational habits
Positive attitude and team mindset
Ability to stay focused and composed during busy services
