Role Overview
Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, this role leads fundraising, partnerships and philanthropy strategies to drive sustainable income growth and strengthen stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Leading and delivering partnership and fundraising strategies for sustainable growth;

Building and managing high‑value relationships with donors, partners and stakeholders;

Developing and executing major giving and community fundraising initiatives;

Providing strategic leadership across campaigns, proposals and engagement activities;

Overseeing financial performance, reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills, Knowledge, and Experience
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership in fundraising, partnerships or philanthropy, with proven experience delivering sustainable income growth. Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, the ability to influence at senior levels and experience managing strategic relationships. Strong commercial acumen, financial oversight capability and experience developing and executing impactful campaigns are essential. A background in the not‑for‑profit or philanthropic sector, along with a relevant tertiary qualification, will be highly regarded.
