ABOUT THE ROLE
The Sr. Coordinator, Marketing Enablement supports the execution of lifecycle marketing campaigns across owned channels by managing day-to-day campaign workflows and coordinating cross-functional teams across Growth + Member LNC, Creative, and MarTech. This role focuses on operational program management—ensuring campaigns move efficiently from intake through launch while maintaining clear communication, timelines, and quality standards across teams. This role helps operationalize the campaign delivery engine and ensures lifecycle marketing initiatives launch on time and with the necessary cross-team alignment.

YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON

Manage the operational workflow for lifecycle marketing campaigns across owned channels including email, push, in-app, and hardware notifications

Managing campaign timelines from intake through launch

Coordinating work across Growth + Member LNC, Creative, and MarTech teams

Tracking campaign milestones and ensuring deadlines are met

Running campaign standups and status updates across stakeholders

Managing campaign intake requests and ensuring briefs are complete

Maintaining campaign calendars and launch schedules

Escalating risks or blockers when needed

Sr. Coordinator, Marketing Enablement focuses on:

Campaign timelines and workflow management

Creative, Analytics, and MarTech alignment

Campaign intake and launch readiness

Day-to-day operational execution

YOU BRING TO PELOTON

2-4 years experience in marketing operations, lifecycle marketing, or program management

Experience coordinating cross-functional marketing campaigns

Experience working with Lifecycle Marketing, Creative, and MarTech teams

Familiarity with owned marketing channels such as email, push, in-app messaging, or SMS

Strong project and program management skills

Experience managing campaign workflows and timelines

Familiarity with marketing project management tools (Asana, Jira, Airtable, Workfront, etc.)

Strong attention to detail and operational organization

Comfortable working in fast-paced marketing environments

BASE SALARY RANGE
$84,250 USD - $99,650 USD
