
PROGRAM COORDINATOR - NORTHWEST PEDIATRICS

Job Overview
Northwest Specialty Hospital is seeking a compassionate, patient‑oriented Program Coordinator for our Northwest Pediatrics team. The Program Coordinator reports to the Practice Manager and will manage a variety of clerical duties: registration and pre‑registration; ensuring documentation for billing and collections; managing patient scheduling and medical records; coordinating referrals; handling copayments; managing insurance authorizations and verifications; entering accurate data into the automated system; preparing closing reports; and fielding incoming calls.
The coordinator will present a professional demeanor and maintain confidentiality. Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent customer service background
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience preferred
