Aviation Insurance Agent
A confidential client of Insight Global is looking for a motivated Aviation Insurance Agent to become the first producer at our well-funded, technology-forward agency. You'll lead the charge in growing our book of business, strengthening policyholder relationships, and helping modernize how aviation insurance gets done. You'll be joining a new business unit with the freedom to make an impact, take ownership, and grow with the company. The ideal candidate will be entrepreneurial, collaborative, and ready to help build something new.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and nurture relationships with existing policyholders
Conduct policy reviews and provide consultative guidance on coverage needs
Ensure high client retention through exceptional service and proactive communication
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the aviation insurance market
Identify gaps in current product offerings and recommend enhancements
Provide market insights to inform product strategy and development
Work with technology teams to improve the consumer experience through digital tools
Identify opportunities where technology can streamline the quoting, binding, and policyholder management process
Help pilots find the best-fit policies through data-driven matching and recommendations
Stay current with aviation insurance market trends, pricing, and carrier appetite
Analyze market conditions and adjust strategies accordingly
This is a fully remote position that will require travel twice a year to aviation shows. This role will have a base compensation between $88,000-$132,000 with a 10% variable bonus.
