About the Role
We are seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to support Main Panel Upgrade (MPU) activities within a major utilities programme. This role is responsible for coordinating disconnect and reconnect work, managing scheduling systems, and ensuring projects are delivered in line with regulatory timelines.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with administrative, coordination, or operations experience to gain exposure to large-scale infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate MPU scheduling activities, including disconnect/reconnect work
Maintain and update scheduling systems and project documentation
Communicate with customers, field teams, and internal stakeholders
Monitor CPUC timelines and ensure compliance requirements are met
Manage and prioritise backlog to support workflow efficiency
Ensure adherence to established processes and procedures
Required Skills & Experience
Experience in scheduling, coordination, administrative, or operations support roles
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage deadlines and priorities
Ability to follow structured processes and maintain accurate records
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and similar systems
Strong communication and customer service skills
Preferred Experience
0-3 years of experience in an analytical or support-based role
Experience xywuqvp working with databases, spreadsheets, or reporting tools
Exposure to data tracking, documentation, or programme coordination
Utilities, construction, or infrastructure experience is beneficial
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required
Associate or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
Additional Information
Hybrid working model (2 days onsite in Montebello, CA)
Travel to other Los Angeles sites required
18-month contract with potential for extension
