Bilingual Customer Support - Melbourne
$20-$24/hr
Responsibilities
Serve as an on-site customer concierge supporting customer experience
Greet, escort, and assist customers with arrivals, meetings, and departures in compliance with safety and security protocols.
Provide professional, welcoming front-of-house support during customer maintenance visits.
Address general customer inquiries and triage issues or concerns to appropriate internal teams.
Coordinate customer amenities, conference rooms, transportation, and visit-related logistics.
Communicate with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth and well-coordinated customer experience.
Observe and report safety, security, or compliance concerns as required.
Support customer events and assist with special administrative projects as needed.
Qualifications
Professional appearance with a strong customer serviceoriented attitude.
Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, concierge, or front-office roles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Active and valid driver's license and ability to pass MLB airport badging/background requirements.
Preferred: Experience in aviation, MRO, or regulated environments.
Preferred: Experience supporting on-site customer visits or concierge-type roles.
Preferred: Bilingual in Spanish and English
Work Type: Full Time, Onsite, Contract to hire
