About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of People Services to join their senior management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the human capital strategy, ensuring workforce readiness, and aligning people strategy with the organization's mission. This role is pivotal in maintaining the highest quality of patient care, safety, and community service. The Head of People Services will also be tasked with improving the HR function's day-to-day operations, with a focus on technology, processes, and empowering the HR team to better serve employees.
The ideal candidate for this position at the company will have 7 to 10 years' of experience in organizational development and/or human resource management, with a strong background in HRIS systems and proven leadership in creating a culture of inclusion. Key responsibilities include managing and designing organizational development programs, linking training to business needs, and ensuring the HR team is equipped to support the organization's goals. The role requires excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work with diverse individuals and groups. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a Master's degree being a plus, in a related field of study.
