Manager, Solution Architect sought by The Datamax Software Group Inc. (El Dorado Hills, CA) to lead & manage a team of Solution Architects in enterprise integration solutions (VBA, .NET, JSON, SOAP, REST, FTP), providing strategic direction, mentorship, & oversight to ensure successful project delivery & customer satisfaction; oversee project execution, ensuring deadlines, budgets, & quality standards are met; support Project Managers w/ risk assessment, issue mitigation, & resource allocation; deploy ERP solutions (e.g., SAP, MSFT, JDE, Oracle, Deltek); partner w/ sales & customer success teams to support pre-sales activities, incl product demos & solution proposals; oversee tech'l projects & implementations for architectural frameworks, s/ware dvlpmt methodologies, & process improvement; provide regular status updates, performance reviews, & dvlpmt plans for team members; influence tech'l direction & solution architecture to align w/ co. goals & customer needs; provide guidance during dsgn sessions, ensuring scalable & effective solutions, incl supply chain mgmt life cycle; ensure that rigorous QA processes are followed, maintaining high standards for deliverables; & provide training & knowl sharing to both internal teams & customers. Reqs: Bach's deg or foreign deg equiv in Comp Sci, Engg or rltd tech'l field & 5 yrs in solution architecture; manage & dvlp tech'l projects; 5 yrs as lead functional consultant deploying ERP solutions, incl SAP, MSFT, JDE, Oracle, Deltek; 3 yrs in enterprise integration solutions, incl VBA, .NET, JSON, SOAP, REST, FTP; 3 yrs in architectural frameworks, s/ware dvlpmt methodologies, & process improvement; & Supply Chain Mgmt lifecycle mgmt.
