Executive Assistant

Provides high-level, confidential, and strategic administrative support for the CEO, CFO and other members of the executive and senior leadership teams. This is a highly visible position that also works closely with the board of directors and other external stakeholders.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks for the CEO and executive team including: managing calendars and scheduling appointments; preparing and supporting correspondence that is sometimes confidential; arranging complex itineraries and agendas; and compiling documents for meetings.
Works closely and effectively with the CEO to keep him well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities and to support other administrative needs.
Provides administrative and project support to the executive team, as needed.
Works with the CEO, CFO and other senior leaders to support and help coordinate all board of directors meetings.
Partners with the SVP, Legal and Risk Management and his/her team on various activities in support of legal and compliance needs.
Assists, tracks, and executes special projects or company wide initiatives that do not fit clearly into one department.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform multiple tasks independently with excellent attention to detail
Very strong and professional interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, board members and external partners
Expert level written and verbal communication skills
Ability to prioritize conflicting needs; Handles matters expeditiously, proactively, and follows-through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures.
A partner who maximizes executive productivity, drives cross functional initiatives and acts as a trusted advisor.
Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and exhibit emotional maturity
Must be available for occasional after-hour support and limited travel
Strong technology skills; Proven ability and interest to learn new tools and technologies
Minimum Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
Three to five years of administrative experience on the executive level
