Accounting Assistant

Keller is looking for an Accounting Assistant based out of our Rockaway, NJ location. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated self-starter to learn numerous accounting processes, with room for growth and potential for advancement.
Responsibilities
Enter shop time hours on a weekly basis
Assist in reviewing and submitting salary and union field payroll
Assist with layoff checks as needed
Review checks for accuracy
Assist in certified payroll reporting as needed
Assist in monthly OCIP/CCIP reporting as needed
Accounts payable processing
Qualifications
Must be detail oriented, self-motivated, and organized
Experience with payroll reporting a plus
Basic computer skills Excel, Adobe/PDF's, ability to learn ERP
Accounting degree, associates degree or equivalent experience preferred
Salary range: $58,000 - $63,000 per year
Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant internal and external experience, knowledge, skills, scope of job, geographical location or other factors permitted by law
