Drury Hotels - 3975 Hinkleville Road - Responsibilities: Perform front desk tasks: check guests in and out, maintain guest records, cash handling, monitor guest satisfaction, and resolve problems; Assist with breakfast and 5:30 p.m. Kickback service (food preparation, setup, guest service, clean-up); Promote company programs and Drury culture with integrity and a positive service attitude; Provide courteous, friendly guest service with a +1 Service attitude; Demonstrate warm, friendly, organized communication and multitasking while interacting with guests and team members
