
Primary Care Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and clinically skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a well-established Internal Medicine practice in Westport, Massachusetts. This position offers a flexible part‑time schedule (3–4 days per week) with no nights, weekends, or holiday call, supporting an excellent work‑life balance.
For candidates seeking full‑time employment, a hybrid schedule may be available, combining 3 days in the primary Westport office with 2 days in a secondary primary care location. This structure allows for a dynamic clinical experience while maintaining continuity of care within a collaborative practice model.
The Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant will provide comprehensive primary care services to adult patients, practicing independently under a collaborative agreement with a supervising physician. The provider will assume responsibility for patient care in alignment with their experience, training, and clinical judgment.
Compensation & Benefits:
$120,000 - $150,000

Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
Active licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
Current DEA registration and Massachusetts Controlled Substances Registration
Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and commitment to quality care
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team‑based environment
