What You’ll Do
Provide
clinical, operational, and strategic leadership
for the Hospice Division
Lead and support
multiple offices and interdisciplinary teams
Drive growth while maintaining the
highest standards of patient-centered, end-of-life care
Build a culture of
accountability, collaboration, and compassion
Ensure regulatory compliance and clinical excellence across hospice operations
Develop and mentor leadership staff to support long-term organizational success
Partner with executive leadership to
advance AdvisaCare’s mission and vision

Required Qualifications
Active Michigan Registered Nurse (RN) license
Minimum of 2 years of hospice experience
Previous experience overseeing or managing multiple offices
Strong communication, leadership, and employee development skills
Excellent time-management and organizational abilities
Flexibility and adaptability in a growing organization
