Kids Rock Dentistry & Orthodontics is growing, and we are looking for a Pediatric Dentist to join our team in beautiful Colorado Springs.
At Kids Rock, we have built a thriving private practice with a strong reputation, well‑established systems, and an energetic, supportive team culture. We currently serve families across three locations, with a fourth location on the horizon. Our offices are fun, fully themed, and designed to create a positive, memorable experience for children and parents alike.

graduating pediatric dental residents
and
dentists who love working with children . Whether you are early in your career or already experienced, we are committed to helping you grow your clinical confidence, efficiency, and leadership skills. Our doctors work alongside strong teams and other pediatric dentists, so you are never practicing alone.

Compensation & Benefits
Guaranteed daily minimum of
$1,000/day
Compensation of
30–35% of collections
Employee status, not independent contractor
Health, vision, and dental benefits

Professional liability coverage
Professional licensing fees
Organized dentistry allowance
Continuing education allowance
401(k) with match
Mentorship with hospital credentialing and moderate sedation pathway support
What We’re Looking For
Ability to secure and maintain a Colorado dental license
Ability to obtain and maintain a Colorado Moderate Sedation License
Willingness to obtain hospital privileges and perform hospital‑based GA cases
Strong communication skills with children, parents, and team members
A growth mindset and desire to lead well
