Climbing Arborist
The Davey Tree Expert Company is looking for a Climbing Arborist in Rochester, NY. The salary range is $23 - $33 hourly depending on experience, certifications, and licensing. The position involves trimming and removing trees, removing unwanted, diseased, or dying limbs to affect the health and safety of trees or surrounding areas. Duties include climbing trees, operating climbing systems, performing tree pruning and removal services, maintaining tools and equipment, and being part of a progressive greenspace stewardship team. Required qualifications include a valid driver's license and previous tree climbing experience. Preferred qualifications include a background in forestry, horticulture, landscaping, or working at heights.
