the Role
We’re looking for a
Manufacturing Maintenance Technician
who thrives in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment and enjoys keeping machines running at their best. You’ll install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production and facility equipment to keep operations moving smoothly.
What You’ll Do
Install, maintain, and repair manufacturing and facility equipment
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance
Safely troubleshoot and complete basic electrical repairs
Use machine shop tools, hand tools, and diagnostic equipment
Document repairs and maintenance activities
Fabricate, rebuild, design, and install machine parts
Follow all safety protocols and procedures
Train team members on equipment operation
Support cost‑saving, productivity, and waste‑reduction initiatives
Requisition and track maintenance supplies
Complete additional tasks as assigned by your supervisor
What You Bring
High school diploma or equivalent (technical degree or certification preferred)
Minimum 2 years of industrial maintenance or mechanical repair experience
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and lubrication systems
Experience with precision measuring tools
Safe operation of machine shop tools such as welders, lathes, grinders, and shears
Understanding of heat‑treated materials and equipment rebuilding
Familiarity with electrical panels and basic circuit diagnostics
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Cold heading machine repair experience is highly valued
PLC troubleshooting or repair experience is a strong plus
Tools & Equipment You’ll Work With
Mills, lathes, band saws, brakes, shears, grinders, welding equipment
Voltmeters, xywuqvp micrometers, protractors, angle gauges, comparators
Hydraulic presses, pullers, belt sanders, pipe threading tools, honing equipment
Lockout/tagout equipment and PC‑based maintenance tracking
Fork trucks, drill presses, sheet metal rollers, torches
Pay & Benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM, may need some flexibility for off shift projects/installs
