CU Online Data Specialist
The CU Online Data Specialist provides essential logistical and technical support for online education operations. Key responsibilities include managing incoming applications and transcripts for online undergraduate and graduate students, coordinating various operational support needs, and overseeing the online admissions email inbox by directing leads and inquiries to the appropriate team members. Candidates should hold at least a Bachelor's degree and have 13 years of proven experience in customer service and administrative support. Familiarity with a college academic environment is preferred.
The CU Online Data Specialist will provide logistical and technical support for online education by serving three significant functions:
Manage incoming applications and transcripts for undergraduate and graduate online students
Function as an operations liaison for various online support needs
Manage the online admissions email address and funnel leads and tasks to the appropriate online team member.
Qualifications:
A minimum of a Bachelor's degree
One to three (13) years of proven experience in effective customer service and administrative support.
Familiarity with a college academic environment is preferred
