What You'll Do
Clean customers' homes according to Molly Maid standards and processes
Work as part of a team delivering high-quality, reliable home cleaning services
Communicate with customers in a friendly, professional, and respectful manner
Take pride in your work and help create a positive experience in every home
Earn tips for providing excellent service
Additional Responsibilities for Team Leads (Driving Role)
Safely drive the company vehicle and manage the daily team schedule
Ensure cleaning supplies and equipment are stocked and properly maintained
Support team members and help keep the day running smoothly

Authorized to work in the United States
Physically able to perform cleaning tasks such as mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and reaching overhead
Available to work daytime hours 7:45 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday
Ability to communicate with customers; bilingual skills are a plus
