RN Care Manager: Utilization & Discharge Advocate

The Case Management Society of America (CMSA) ® is seeking an RN Care Manager II to develop patient care plans, collaborate with medical staff, and ensure patients receive efficient care from admission through discharge. This role requires strong communication and critical thinking skills, along with a BSN degree and clinical experience. The position is full-time, demanding a proactive approach to resolving barriers to care. A Master's in nursing is preferred, and at least three years of clinical experience is required in Texas.
