Responsibilities include
Providing pre- and post-operative patient care under surgeon supervision
Assessing patients, diagnosing conditions, and developing treatment plans
Performing minor surgical procedures and assisting in surgeries as needed
Collaborating with healthcare team to ensure quality patient outcomes
Documenting patient encounters accurately and maintaining medical records
Skills needed
Strong knowledge of general surgical procedures and patient management
Excellent communication and clinical skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
California NP licensure in good standing
