Position Summary
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: hiring and supervising student staff, on‑site event management of selected sports, scheduling staff for various athletic events, assisting full‑time facility staff with set‑up/break‑down of home athletic events, contacting visiting teams and officials, creating and/or updating athletic operations manuals, coordinating and guiding tours of Athletic Association facilities, managing special events and rentals, assisting staff with facility maintenance and projects, and performing day‑to‑day office duties.
Duties/Responsibilities
On‑site event management of selected sports
Assisting full‑time facility staff with set‑up/break‑down of home athletic events
Contacting visiting teams and officials
Creating and/or updating athletic operations manuals
Coordinating and guiding tours of Athletic Association facilities
Managing special events and rentals
Assisting staff with facility maintenance and projects
Performing day‑to‑day office duties
Physical Demands
Normal working conditions of an office environment. Driving.
