Concierge Healthcare Attorneys, LLC is a boutique healthcare law firm representing physicians, residents, and healthcare professionals nationwide in high-stakes matters, while also advising on healthcare transactions and regulatory issues.
We are at an inflection point and are seeking a senior attorney who wants to help scale and shape the next phase of the firm.
The Practice
1. Physician Representation (Core Differentiator)
Peer review defense and fair hearings
Privileging and credentialing disputes
NPDB reporting and appeals
Resident and fellow disciplinary defense
2. Healthcare Transactions & Regulatory
Wellness and medspa structuring
Telehealth and mobile health platforms
Concierge and direct-pay medical practices
MSO structures and regulatory compliance
Physician employment and contracting
The firm also represents individuals in structuring and negotiating healthcare business ventures.
The Role
You will function as both:
a senior attorney, and
an operator within the firm
This includes:
Managing client matters end-to-end
Serving as a primary relationship attorney
Handling both high-stakes representation matters and transactional work
Improving workflows and internal systems
Increasing the firm’s capacity and throughput
Contributing to growth and long-term structure
Who This Role Is For
10–15+ years of healthcare law experience
Strong writing and advocacy skills
Comfortable handling high-stakes, client-facing situations
Experience in either or both:
physician representation / disputes
healthcare transactional and regulatory work
Able to operate independently without heavy structure
Interested in building something—not just billing hours
Who This Is NOT For
Someone seeking a traditional associate or non-equity partner role
Someone who prefers narrow, back-end work only
Someone who needs constant direction or structure
