We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Intensive Care Unit (ICU) care. This contract position requires a minimum of 24 months of ICU experience, with recent experience within the last 12 months. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment, ensuring the well‑being and safety of critically ill patients.
Responsibilities
Deliver compassionate and efficient care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
Monitor vital signs and manage life‑support equipment as necessary.
Administer medications and provide detailed patient assessments.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement effective care plans.
Educate patients and families about health conditions and post‑discharge care.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
Minimum of 24 months ICU experience required, with recent experience in the last 12 months.
Active RN license with no hits on the state license to practice.
Current BLS and ACLS certifications from approved vendors.
Driver's license to verify residency.
Travel experience is highly preferred.
