Specialization: Surgery Trauma
Qualified Candidates
Board certification as a PA or NP, plus first‑assist certification
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to excel in a busy Level II trauma center
Proven experience working with a surgical team that includes nine trauma surgeons and one plastic surgeon
Comfortable collaborating with a cohort of 10 advanced practice providers
Open to a primarily hospital‑based schedule of 13 monthly shifts (12–14 hours), including both day and night coverage
Willing to engage in a staffing model that incorporates a dedicated night team with additional compensation
Motivated to work in an academic environment with rotating residents and medical students
