Monday – Friday 6:30am to 5:30pm (Occasional weekends)
Stable hours for financial security and work‑life balance
Primary setting: Landfill in Jetersville, VA
Key Responsibilities
Operate heavy equipment (bulldozers, scrapers, front‑end loaders) in compliance with company safety policies and procedures
Conduct routine equipment inspections and preventative maintenance; maintain accurate records
Move and position raw materials and finished components using material‑moving equipment
Follow standard operating procedures for operating and maintaining vehicles
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
3 years of experience operating heavy equipment
Over 18 years of age
Legally eligible to work in the United States
Ability to perform physical requirements of the position with or without reasonable accommodations
Successfully complete and pass pre‑employment drug screen and physical
Preferred: 3‑5 years of experience with excavator, dozer, compactor and ADT
