Responsibilities:
Assist in overseeing daily nursing operations
Support preparation and participation in state and federal surveys
Monitor QI/QM data and survey reports; provide recommendations for improvement
Serve on the Quality Assurance and Assessment Committee
Participate in care plan meetings and interdisciplinary collaboration
Assist with discharge planning coordination
Support staff development and regulatory compliance initiatives
Requirements:
Active
Registered Nurse (RN) license
Long-term care or skilled nursing experience
Previous Supervisor/Director experience
