Responsibilities
Provide private music instruction, with a focus on piano, in a manner that helps students learn to play from the heart.
Work with students in their homes, in your own home or studio, or via webcam (webcam lessons represent a smaller portion of the student base).
Host lessons locally in Copperas Cove, TX, and/or travel to students as needed.
Set your own schedule and develop your own curriculum and lesson plans.
Partner with Taylor Robinson Music to handle advertising, marketing, SEO, and billing to focus on teaching.
Compensation & Schedule
Independent contractor basis with pay between $20-$30 per hour, dependent on travel time, experience/education, and student retention rate.
Freedom to set your own schedule and curriculum.
Company supports you by handling advertising and billing.
Qualifications
Formal music training is not mandatory, but one of the following is required: a degree in music, enrollment in a music program, professional performing experience, or previous teaching experience.
Locations & Student Experience
Most lessons are in-person; webcam lessons are available but constitute a smaller portion of the client base.
Local instructors who can host students or travel to students in the Copperas Cove, TX area are preferred.
