Role Description
This is an Independent Contractor role for an Owner-Operator or Business Owner. You will work under my MC and DOT# at DNA CARGO LLC and earn 70% of each load delivery with your truck or a truck rented by DNA Cargo LLC. Our Dispatch company, PB Drafting Solutions, targets $5,000 - $7,000 per week. I will train you on all aspects required to get paid.
The role involves managing transportation logistics, ensuring safe and timely delivery of goods. Tasks include route planning, effective time management, overseeing freight handling, and ensuring proper documentation related to cargo and deliveries. Communication with clients, dispatchers, and team members will be an essential aspect of daily operations. A reliable cell phone service is required.
Qualifications (Everyone gets trained)
Valid non-CDL driver’s license with a clean driving record. Experience with long-distance trucking is a plus.
Proficiency in route planning and time management to ensure prompt and efficient deliveries.
Familiarity with transportation safety, cargo handling regulations, and relevant legal documentation.
Ability to communicate effectively with clients, dispatchers, and team members.
Experience in the transportation industry and familiarity with modern logistics technologies is advantageous.
