Active RN license (valid in the U.S.)
Minimum 2 years of psychiatric nursing experience — behavioral health RN or mental health nurse experience preferred
Comfortable working with pediatric patients and across the lifespan
Experience with Epic charting preferred
Responsibilities
Provide compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric nursing care to patients of all ages
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans as a Psychiatric RN
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, therapists, and support staff, to optimize patient outcomes
Maintain accurate documentation using Epic EMR and ensure compliance with facility standards
Respond effectively to psychiatric emergencies, support a safe therapeutic environment, and use de‑escalation techniques when appropriate
Administer and monitor medications, perform vital signs assessment, and report clinical changes to the care team
