About the Role:

The Wyndham Garden Baronne, Housekeeping Inspector plays a critical role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction within the accommodation and food services industry. This position is responsible for conducting thorough inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure compliance with established hygiene and safety protocols. The role requires a keen eye for detail to identify any deficiencies or maintenance issues and to ensure that all housekeeping staff adhere to company policies and procedures. Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 2 years experience in housekeeping or hospitality services.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with team members and management.
Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety standards.
Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in a supervisory or inspection role within the hospitality industry.
Certification in hospitality management or related field.
Familiarity with health and safety regulations applicable to accommodation services.
Proficiency in using inspection and reporting software.
Ability to train and mentor housekeeping staff.
Responsibilities:
