Overview
Join us at the COA Annual Meeting in Santa Barbara. We’re seeking an orthopedic spine surgeon as an independent contractor to provide on-site care during flexible 4-hour shifts weekly or biweekly.
Responsibilities
Managing complex patients.
Supporting return-to-work and functional recovery.
Collaborating with medical and therapy teams for both surgical and non-surgical treatments.
Qualifications
Licensure in your state.
Board certification or eligibility in orthopedic spine surgery.
Experience with work-related injuries.
Malpractice insurance coverage.
Compensation and Scheduling
Flexible scheduling to complement your practice; compensation based on a revenue share model.
