About the Role
Licensed Home Inspector required to conduct inspections during evenings and weekends. Responsible for performing thorough inspections of residential properties—including single‑family homes, condos, and townhouses—inspecting structural components, electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems, and helping clients make informed decisions.
Responsibilities
Conduct thorough inspections of residential properties at nights and weekends.
Inspect structural components, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
Identify potential issues and provide detailed reporting.
Interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
Requirements
Valid home inspector license.
Radon license
(acquirable during training).
Pesticide applicators 7b license
(acquirable during training).
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
Physically fit to lift, climb, and crawl.
Flexible schedule with availability to work nights and weekends.
Comfortable working at heights and entering crawlspaces.
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify potential issues.
Excellent communication skills.
Schedule
Monday to Friday.
Weekends as needed.
Language
Spanish (Preferred)
Licenses & Certifications
Driver’s License (Required)
Radon Measurement Technician (Preferred)
Pesticide Applicator’s License (7b) (Preferred)
NJ Home Inspector's License with the NJDCA HIAC (Required)
Location & Commute
Ocean County and Atlantic County, NJ (Required).
Willingness to travel: 100% (Preferred).
Work location: In person.
Flexible work from home options available.
