Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Restaurant Manager at our Garden Grove, CA location. The Assistant Restaurant Manager will oversee daily restaurant operations, support staff management, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain food and beverage quality standards. Responsibilities include supervising team performance, managing schedules, assisting with hiring and training, resolving customer concerns, and ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations. This role requires effective communication and a strong commitment to providing a positive dining experience.
Qualifications
Customer-focused skills, including exceptional customer service and the ability to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
Strong food & beverage knowledge and the ability to ensure quality and efficiency
Hiring and staff management skills to support recruitment, training, and performance supervision
Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with both team members and customers
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities to manage dynamic restaurant environments
Previous experience in the food service or hospitality industry is preferred
Availability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends
High school diploma or equivalent; additional culinary or management training is a plus
