Arrow Exterminators is looking to hire a full‑time Wildlife Inspector to provide uncompromised service to our residential or commercial pest control customers. This is a production‑based position that leads the industry in potential earnings.

A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A WILDLIFE TECHNICIAN
As a Wildlife Inspector, you start each day eager to begin your route. You perform thorough inspections of homes and businesses to assess for nuisance wildlife activity – squirrels, raccoons, bats, and rodents. You identify entry points, assess the level of infestation or risk, and determine the steps needed to protect the property. Using your expertise, you educate customers on long‑term protection and recommend our wildlife exclusion warranties, offering peace of mind and year‑round coverage. Your ability to build trust and propose additional services directly supplements your earnings with commissions.

Minimum Qualifications
Ability to pass and maintain any required state licensing or certification exams
Passing internal technical examinations
Possession of a current driver’s license
High school diploma or equivalent
Professional appearance, including wearing an approved Arrow uniform
Ability to work a minimum 40‑hour week
Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed
