Charlotte-based with regional travel, approximately 20%–40% overnight travel expected

Identifies new market opportunities and expands training footprint aligned to customer demand
The Background That Fits
Proven leadership experience managing field-based or distributed teams
Strong understanding of P&L drivers and experience owning or influencing financial performance
Background in construction, safety training, or industrial environments preferred
Ability to coach, mentor, and scale teams while driving accountability and performance
Highly organized, customer-focused, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
