About the Opportunity:
Symbiotic Services is seeking a Production Associate I to support manufacturing operations in a fast-paced production environment. This role focuses on maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and productivity while contributing to overall operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform assembly line work using various materials and adhesives
Inspect, pack, and label finished products for shipment
Trim, dip, and complete secondary finishing tasks as required
Use gauges, jigs, and measuring tools to ensure product quality
Set up and operate basic production equipment and machinery
Move materials for storage or shipping as directed
Assist with routine maintenance and support maintenance teams as needed
Maintain accurate production and quality records
Follow 5S standards to ensure a clean and organized work environment
Adhere to all safety, quality, and operational guidelines
Work overtime as needed
Qualifications:
Basic knowledge of manufacturing equipment or molding/expansion processes is a plus
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
