Job Summary
We ar e seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Interventional Radiology team. This role involves providing direct patient care before, during, and after interventional radiology procedures, ensuring patient safety, comfort, and optimal outcomes in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare patients for interventional radiology procedures, including assessments and pre-procedure education
Assist physicians during procedures by monitoring patient status and administering medications as needed
Provide post-procedure care, including monitoring recovery and educating patients and families on follow-up instructions
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and procedural details
Collaborate with physicians, technologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care
Uphold infection control and safety standards in all clinical settings
Required Qualifications

urrent Registered Nurse (RN) license
Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in critical care, emergency, or procedural areas
Strong knowledge of patient monitoring, IV therapy, and medication administration
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a high-acuity, multidisciplinary
environment
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in interventional radiology, cath lab, or operating room settings
Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems
Certifications
Basic Life Support (BLS) required
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) required
Critical Care or Radiology Nursing certification preferred
