Overview
Seeking a Physiatrist / Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Specialist as a 1099 independent contractor for a flexible, part‑time onsite role.
Responsibilities
Treat medically complex patients, aid in return‑to‑work and functional restoration, and collaborate with medical and therapy teams.
Perform EMG and NCS for orthopedic and neuromusculoskeletal injuries.
Maintain active communication with employers and case managers.
Typically work approximately 4 hours weekly or biweekly, scheduling that accommodates your private practice.
Compensation
Compensation is based on a revenue share model.
Qualifications
Experience with work‑related injuries.
State licensure.
MD or DO degree from an accredited program.
Unrestricted DEA license.
Board certification or eligibility in PM&R.
Medical malpractice insurance.
