Position: Home Health/Contract/Physical Therapist (PT)
Coverage: 10-mile radius from your Home Address.
Fillmore, Oak View, Ventura , and surrounding areas

Position Requirements
Excellent communication skills.
CA Licensed Physical Therapist.
CPR Certified.
Recent Physical within last year.
Clear TB Test experience (Entry Levels to Seasoned).
Works well unsupervised.
Physical Therapy in Home Health
Evaluate patients.
Follow-up patients.
Patients are seen 2 to 3 times per week.
Post-surgical.
Balance.
Home safety.
ROM.
Strength training.
Equipment evaluation.
What to expect while treating
45-minute treatments.
Easy laptop documentation.
1 to 7 pts in a week.
