The MIT will help create a supportive environment for members while learning vital leadership skills. Responsibilities include achieving sales goals, inspiring team members, and maintaining club standards. The ideal candidate has strong communication, leadership skills, and preferably fitness management experience. A high school diploma and CPR certification are required.
