partner in success to help launch our newest Murfreesboro location. If you are a licensed Cosmetologist or Barber with a passion for men’s grooming and a knack for coaching people, we want to hear from you.
As the
Founding Manager , you’ll have the unique opportunity to build your own team from the ground up, set the culture for a brand-new store, and grow with a local multi‑unit owner.

What You’ll Do:
Lead the Huddle:
Recruit, hire, and train a championship‑caliber team of stylists.
Drive Performance:
Use our simple "Success Track" systems to hit sales goals and client retention targets.
The MVP Experience:
Ensure every client receives our signature 5‑point service.
Community Pro:
Represent the new shop at local Murfreesboro events.
Qualifications:
Current Tennessee Cosmetology or Barber License (Required).
Minimum 1–2 years of salon management or leadership experience.
Strong communication skills and a positive, "can‑do" attitude.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
