Role Overview
Learning and Development Specialist supporting a federal customer by developing and delivering training. The role focuses on architecture and infrastructure programs.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and revise courses and prepare appropriate training catalogs.
Prepare instructor materials (course outline, background material, and training aids).
Prepare student materials (course manuals, workbooks, handouts, completion certificates, and course critique forms).
Conduct formal classroom courses, workshops, and seminars.
Provide training on Internet Protocol version 6 (IPv6).
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
2+ years of relevant experience supporting enterprise cloud and/or infrastructure environments.
Certifications: IAT-2, 1 or more cloud certifications.
Active Secret clearance (or higher).
Experience working in regulated environments and following secure engineering/documentation practices.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting DoD/IC programs and mission systems.
Compensation
The targeted base salary range is $65,000–$98,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
