Location:
Carolina Bay at Autumn Hall – 630 Carolina Bay Drive, Wilmington, NC 28403.
Schedule:
Full time schedule. Hours and days may vary, including weekends.
Required Experience:
2 years of prior culinary experience in a restaurant or healthcare setting.
Pay Range:
$19.00 to $21.00 per hour.

Summary
Prepares food to ensure it is nutritious and properly flavored in accordance with applicable federal, state, local and company standards, guidelines and regulations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Oversee cooking activities of food service associates as assigned by the Food Service Director.
Prepare various entrees and menu items following established recipes.
Operate and clean equipment after each use and perform scheduled routine cleaning.
Store, label and date food items according to policy; help maintain organized storage of dry goods and refrigerated/frozen products.
Follow HACCP guidelines to ensure quality and safety of food supply.
Comply with federal, state and local health and sanitation regulations and department sanitation procedures.
Assist the Food Service Director in maintaining accurate daily production records and complete all required documentation, reports, and logs.
Assist in cross‑training employees and perform other duties as assigned.
