Role Description
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Primary Therapist for a full-time, on-site role at our Cohasset, Massachusetts campus. The Primary Therapist will provide individual and group therapy sessions, develop personalized treatment plans, and support clients struggling with substance use and co-occurring disorders. Additional responsibilities include conducting assessments, managing client cases, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide the highest level of care.
Qualifications
Expertise in Treatment Planning and Case Management
Proficiency in Social Work practices, including client support and advocacy
Specialization or prior experience in Chemical Dependency and Dual Diagnosis
Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
Relevant clinical licensure (e.g., LICSW, LMHC, or equivalent) is preferred
Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
Experience working within addiction recovery settings is a strong advantage
