Job Summary and Responsibilities
As our Radiologic Technologist (Rad Tech), you will be pivotal in producing diagnostic images that enable Radiologists to accurately diagnose and manage patient conditions.

Each day, you will perform a variety of imaging examinations, including X‑rays, ultrasound, diagnostic fluoroscopy, CT/CAT scans, and MRIs, while actively contributing to a positive patient experience through direct interaction.

Operate radiographic, tomographic, fluoroscopic, and mobile radiographic and fluoroscopic equipment; set technical factors and follow established protocols to produce diagnostic images.

Use positioning and immobilization devices as appropriate in a safe and effective manner.

Assess patients prior to performing procedures.

Ensure there is a written order prior to performing the procedure; obtain pertinent clinical information prior to the exam and review comparison and complementing procedures or reports when available.

Monitor patients, report and document changes in patient condition and/or support equipment (IV, O2, chest tubes, ET tube, etc.); assist the radiologist/physician during procedure, including sterile technique.

Implement AIDET and National Patient Safety Goals as standard when interacting with imaging patients.

Qualifications

Recently received a certification of completion from a radiologic technology program, obtained no more than one year prior to the date of hire.

Basic Life Support – CPR at the time of hire.

Pay Range
$25.30 – $35.74 per hour
