About the Opportunity
Lyra’s provider network includes in‑person and virtual therapists, physicians, and coaches throughout the U.S. With our advanced matching technology and supportive provider platform, you’ll have the opportunity to focus on client care while we handle scheduling, self‑promotion, and billing. You’ll be able to work in your private or group practice, seeing clients in person whenever possible.
Ideal Candidate
We encourage clinicians who are independently licensed and experienced delivering evidence‑based therapy for children, adults, couples, and/or families. Candidates should have experience with a broad spectrum of mental‑health needs — from mild presentations to complex and severe cases — and should be comfortable managing risk and responding to clinical crises.
Requirements
Master’s or doctoral degree from a clinical track (e.g., MSW, MFT, MC, MMHC, PhD, PsyD)
Unrestricted LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD, or equivalent license, without current, past, or pending disciplinary action
Experience and commitment to evidence‑based treatments (e.g., ACT, CBT, CPT, DBT) and best practices (e.g., measurement‑based care, skills practice)
Ability to provide care to children, adults, couples, and/or families with a strong preference for in‑person delivery
Office space to see clients in the Massachusetts area
Experience managing risk and clinical crises as needed
Full‑time resident of the United States
