Job Summary And Qualifications
As a Sterile Processing Technician, you'll play a critical role in delivering safe, high‑quality surgical care by making sure every instrument is thoroughly cleaned, sterilized, and ready when needed. Your focus on safety and attention to detail helps protect patients and empowers a team that’s committed to the care and improvement of human life – one surgery at a time.

Responsibilities

Cleaning, disinfecting, sterilizing, and organizing surgical instruments and supplies following safety standards

Monitoring sterilization cycles, documenting results, and resolving issues promptly to deliver on our commitment to safe, high‑quality care

Preparing and organizing instrument trays and surgical rooms based on the daily schedule and procedural needs

Safely handling and disposing of biohazardous materials while keeping the work area clean and organized

Working closely with nurses and surgeons to anticipate needs and support smooth, efficient surgeries

Qualifications

High School graduate or equivalent required

Training as a Surgical Technologist preferred

Certification/Experience in Sterile Processing preferred

Previous Surgical Technician experience preferred
