Analyze customer claims/alerts.
Ensure monitoring and control of the effectiveness of actions to permanently eradicate the problem.
Create and update the quality Improvement Plan.
8D Preparation & Follow up.
Validate rework reports.Prepare the rework request.
Follow up and update of the Quality Improvement Plan.
Follow up with Customer Support Center (CSC)...
Audits and Visits
Manage customer audits and visits.
APQP, ANPQP, GPMS.
Ensure assurance/implementation.
